I'm a senior brand designer. I build brand systems, lead creative direction and shape how brands and AI work together.
I lead three brands in parallel, from strategy and identity to design systems, web, motion and video. I care about both sides of a brand: the rules that keep it consistent across teams, and the craft that makes it memorable. Lately I focus on AI-ready brand systems: guidelines, skills and workflows that help teams and AI tools create on-brand work on their own.
Outside of work I run two YouTube channels: Creatywniej, about creativity and paper design, and Cubi Mini DIY, a paper craft brand for kids that I built from scratch. I also write about brand, AI and web design on Medium.

Paper DIY tutorials, step by step, for over seven years.
I plan, film and edit every video myself, from the first idea to the thumbnail. Running the channel taught me what makes people click, watch and come back, and I bring that into my brand work.
