Workflow Builder is a Synergy Codes product: a React SDK for embedding workflow editors, which keeps growing with new product layers, consulting and AI workflows. The product story kept changing, and the brand had to keep up without a hard rebrand every few months.
So I designed and built the website in Webflow as a system, not a set of pages: components, sections and page templates, with clear rules for when to use each one. New pages, like consulting and the FAQ, were put together from the same parts, so the site could grow with the product and still feel like one brand. I also wrote the rules down as a brand guide and AI rules for Webflow, so new pages stay on-brand even when AI tools help build them.
Around the website I developed the visual layer: a key visual with a deep violet stage and light, an icon set, color and type rules, and a photo language. For photos I directed an AI-generated photo shoot guided by the same rules, so every image fits the brand instead of looking like stock.
The same system powers social media: templates for posts, carousels and ad campaigns, connected to a Claude skill that marketing uses to create creatives from a brief. The result is one brand that works across the website, campaigns and AI tools, and changes step by step with the product.
